Rosamund Pike and Dominic Cooper presented an award for Original Screenplay, in which David Seidler won for The King Speech! (The King's Speech won 7 BAFTA awards for the night including Seidler for Original Screenplay, Colin Firth for Leading Actor, Helena Bonham Carter for Supporting Actress, Geoffrey Rush for Supporting Actor, Best Film, Outstanding British Film, and Alexander Desplat for Original Music). Congrats to CF and The King's Speech!!!
Check out new photos of the always gorgeous RP!
By the way, since I live in the U.S. and didn't get to see this award show, according to UK's The Daily Mail: Rosamund Pike fluffs her lines as she nearly announces Bafta award winner!
Thankfully, there's a YT video for this too...even better, lol. Check out RP co-presenting with DC and messing up her lines (don't they all on LIVE TV when they're nervous or distracted or forget her lines/cue, like she seemed to be, lol), poor RP she now gets the embarrassing press attention, but I thought she was funny and handled it with very well. She made the presentation fun and hilarious...
